This is not funny! What is it with TANESCO! Looks like it’s an East African problem as our Kenyan neighbours are facing the same problem thanks to KPLC!
Tanzania Electricity Supply Company (TANESCO) announced yesterday that there would be a 5-day power blackout in parts of Dar starting all next week.

Actually, KPLC in Kenya is a mere distributor. It does NOT produce electricity (except for very small isolated stand-alone plants) thus the main producer remains KenGen.
